Delivering rental bicycles for groups and companies
Have your rental bicycles delivered to any location where you want to start your journey. It’s even possible to have them picked up elsewhere. So, if you want to go cycling with a group or organize a fun company outing, we’ll take care of and deliver the bicycles. Fill in the form below, and we’ll provide you with a quote as soon as possible.
For the bicycle delivery, we’d like to know who you are, where the bicycles should be delivered, and where they will be picked up again. Also, let us know what type of bicycles you prefer: city bikes, e-bikes, or tandems? Everything is possible.
Bike delivery in Leiden

What are the conditions?
- Delivery is only available to partner hotels
- Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance
- Delivery fee: €20 per delivery
- Available for city bikes, e-bikes, and children’s bikes (no cargo bikes, tandems, or mountain bikes)
- Bikes are delivered between 08:00 and 10:00 on the rental day
- We’ll pick them up the day after the rental period
- If you are not present, the keys will be left at the hotel reception
