Hop on the tandem and discover Leiden in a truly original way! Pedal together, toast, and laugh (your abs will thank you) while exploring the city of Leiden and its surroundings. Along the way, you’ll have two fantastic stops for a refreshing drink!
This 17 km tandem route takes you from A to B in about 1 hour and 15 minutes (excluding stops). After a quarter of the route, the first stop is at Brasserie de Poort, a hotspot in Leiden. Enjoy a drink in the city gate or on the cozy terrace. Then, leave the city behind and cycle a beautiful route through the stunning landscapes outside Leiden. The tour ends at Brasserie Buitenhuis at Valkenburgse Meer, where you can enjoy your second drink with a view of the water.
What does the Toast&Tandem: Leiden route cost?
For €22.50 per person, you get a spot on the tandem, the digital route, 2 drinks along the way, and a cool flyer with all the highlights of the trip.
